Boatlifts
Key
features to look for in any boatlift
are safety, strength
and dependability. Nautic-Lift
boatlifts are built using the best marine
grade aluminum and stainless steel components.
They are built one at a time, by hand, not
rolled off an assembly line. This way the
highest standards of quality throughout
the entire manufacturing process can be
assured.
The
top rails are made from double aluminum
'C' channels, that are first clamped into
the proper position, then fully welded together.
The winch shaft is mounted through actual
pillow block roller bearings, which are
bolted to weight bearing plates welded to
the top side of the top rail. This not only
utilizes the full strength of the top rail,
but it makes it possible for the operator
to visually inspect the cables throughout
the entire lift operation. The winch shaft,
bearings and cable winders are all replaceable.

- Nautic-Lift
boatlifts are made from all 6061T-6 marine
grade aluminum and stanless steel hardware.
Fully welded with key components that are
both welded and bolted for added strength
and safety.
- The
top rails are powder coated. This provides
extra protection against the elements and
prevents pitting of the aluminum. Standard
color is navy blue. Custom colors are available.
- A
- The schedule 80 galvanized steel drive
shaft is mounted above the top rails.
This uses their full strength and distributes
the load directly down on top of the pilings.
It also enables the lift operator to visually
inspect all four cables at all times, even
during lift operation.
- A
- The stationary end of the cable
is symmetrically supported by both channels
of the top rail. This reduces deflection
and twisting when the lift is under a maximum
load, thus reducing wear on all moving parts.
- B
- The pulleys on the lifter beam are set
perpendicular to the beam. They are
welded to the entire height of the beam,
not just to the top flange. The cables run
in line with the pulleys, greatly reducing
wear on both the pulleys and the stainless
steel cables, allowing for the cradle to
be set at any degree of pitch.
- The
6,000 - 9,000 - 12,000 & 16,000 lb Nautic-Lift
come standard with aluminum bunks in place
of wood bunks.

After
15 years of servicing and repairing all makes
and models of boatlifts, we've had plenty
of opportunity to evaluate all of the different
types of drive systems. We have found the
PSI drive system to be the most reliable and
trouble-free system on the market. Unlike
boatlifts that use a gearbox and sprocket
type drive system, there is no oil to check
or leak out. And the drive system isn't dependant
on a chain to hold the entire weight of the
boat.
Advantages
of the PSI Drive System:
- 50%
faster than comparable drive systems.
- No
grease. No metal shavings. No mess.
- "0"
braek in time.
- Complete
with "snapon" cover ... no expensive
hardware to lose.
- Maintenance-free,
sealed aluminum gear box (no rust, no painting)
- Available
with various "weather tight" switch
configurations including long-range wireless
remote control.
- Limited
5-year warranty/lifetime belt warranty.
